The videos in this section focus on the appropriation of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals by non-state actors, such as businesses, civil society, citizens and youth. As this mobilization of all must be able to rely on mobilizing forces, the contributions of finance, trade unions or the media to the setting in motion of society as a whole are analyzed.

Jean-Paul Moatti, Chairman and CEO of the French National Research Institute for Sustainable Development (IRD), provides some background information on the ownership of the Sustainable Development Goals by non-state stakeholders, such as companies, citizens, finance and the media. Laurie Ayouaz, Head of "Sustainable Territories" at Comité 21, shows the mobilization of the various societal stakeholders in favour of the Sustainable Development Goals. First of all, she presents its aims before describing an initiative, the Tour de France des SDGs, whose objective is to strengthen the ownership of these Goals and Agenda 2030 by a wide audience.
